My rookie kids came into 1st period today and one of them hands me a bag. I pull out this really nice jacket embroidered with my name and credentials on it! 🥺
“Kiddo, what did I do to deserve this when I’m leaving??”
“I just wanted to do something nice for you”
Y’all, this kiddo is the sweetest thing. She’s an Ag kiddo, shows horses, and wants to do “something Medical with rodeo” as she tells me, and will give a football player the fist if they slack off and don’t do what their told by me. Her quiet mouse like voice and funny jokes is what kills me. She always has a good story to tell and is a great Student Athletic Trainer. I’ll miss this kid; I hope I have kiddos with her personality at my new school.
