Vineland Swimming

Vineland Swimming Official Facebook home of Vineland Swimming. This is the Vineland High School (N.J.) varsity swim team family. The program was founded in 1973 by "Coach" John A.

Casadia, Jr., and has spent more than 40 years making a commitment to academic excellence, team unity and strong community involvement in addition to its storied history of success in the pool. The program is a welcome environment for both elite athletes who wish to advance and compete at the collegiate level, as well as those swimmers who simply enjoy the team atmosphere of high school athletics.

Congrats to VHS junior Olivia Masucci, who had a great weekend representing Dolphin Swim Team of Vineland at the Middle Atlantic Short Course Senior Championships in Carlisle, Pa.!

Olivia hit PRs in five of her events, most notably massive time drops in the 1000 free (10:34.91) and the 1650 free (17:57.12), for which she earned podium spots, placing fifth and seventh, respectively.

She also hit PRs in the 100 back (1:00.33), 500 free (5:11.39) and the 200 IM (2:13.69).

🚨CAL ALL-CONFERENCE TEAMS ANNOUNCED🚨

The Cape-Atlantic League All-Conference Teams were announced today and we'd like to congratulate our honorees!

The selection process for CAL All-Conference teams is as follows:

All-Conference teams are selected based on power points. Each team submits their athletes' best times of the season in each event and their TWO best events are totaled; the 10 conference athletes with the highest two-event power point totals are then named 1st-Team All-Conference. Then, each team's next highest power point swimmer is named Honorable Mention.
