👉 Workers aren’t willing to give up the flexibility and freedom they gained during the rise of .

So, management needs to be more creative in how they define what work is.

To adapt to these changes, businesses must establish a culture that reflects emerging values in the workforce.

Look at it from two perspectives:

✔️ What do our employees see in us?

✔️ How can we help our employees grow into our organization?

You need people to WANT to work for you.

And they won’t if they don’t find purpose and meaning in the work.

How to Vote by mail in Louisiana:
Vote by mail
1. Review the absentee ballot application and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements for voting absentee. https://tinyurl.com/y22ulm2m

2. Fill out the application completely.

3. Submit the request to your local election office. You should request your ballot as far in advance of the election as possible. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is (received by) Friday, October 30, 2020. (https://tinyurl.com/y4dn35gg

4. When your ballot arrives, read it carefully and follow the instructions to complete it and return it.
