In the first release of the 2026 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Student-Athlete of the Week awards, Joseph Sargent of the North Central College men's soccer team earned Offensive Student-Athlete of the Week honors.

Claiming another Team of the Week honor, North Central College football player Sean Ryniec was the only kicker named to the first D3football.com Team of the Week for his 14-point performance in the Cardinals' 44-21 victory over No. 2 Bethel University on Saturday.

Nearly 2,000 miles from home, the North Central College women's volleyball team opened the Pacific Coast Classic with a five-set comeback victory over Occidental College on Friday, rallying from a 2-1 deficit to defeat the Tigers 23-25, 25-14, 23-25, 25-20, 15-13. Junior setter Sarah Harvey also reached a career milestone in the win, recording her 1,000th career assist. The Cardinals fell to California Lutheran University in the nightcap, 3-1.
