CREW "Collegiate Recovery, Education, Wellness" CREW represents a collaborative partnership between Ten16 Recovery Network, Central Michigan University, Mid Michigan College.

CREW provides on campus services at Central Michigan University, Ferris State University, Mid Michigan College, and Delta College for students in or seeking recovery and their allies to build community and have a fun and supportive college experience. College students dealing with alcohol and drug misuse can have health, interpersonal, and financial problems, negatively impacting their academic pe

rformance and overall success. and Ferris State University to help students struggling with alcohol and drug misuse. CREW provides services to support students in recovery from substance use disorders. In addition, they provide education and early intervention services to students struggling with their alcohol and drug use. CREW does one-on-one consultations, educational programs on-campus, and partners with other offices to help educate the campus community on these important issues. Recovery services, including coaching and support groups, and Counseling are free to students, both off-campus and on-campus.

Do you know what the signs of overdose are? For opioids, they can include:
- not responding
- cold or clammy skin
- irregular, shallow, or slow breathing
- snoring or gurgling sounds (can appear like deep sleep)
- blue/pale or grey/ashen lips or fingertips.
Use naloxone if you have it and call an ambulance because naloxone only temporarily reverses overdose. Overdose deaths are preventable when we know the signs!
