Treetop Tutoring

🌳 Our roots are growing and so is our impact!

This year, Treetop Tutoring served 58 students across 7 communities, delivering 659 tutoring sessions with 45 students receiving free tutoring because every child deserves access to quality tutoring, regardless of zip code.

With 16 dedicated tutors and $25,991 raised through community events, we're proving that when a community invests in its kids, incredible things happen.

And this is just the beginning. 🌱

As we look ahead, our goal is simple: more students, more communities, more opportunity. Because the work of building brighter futures doesn't stop — it compounds.

Today, we honor and celebrate Juneteenth, the day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and recognizes the resilience, achievements, and contributions of Black Americans throughout history.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect on the ongoing journey toward equity, justice, and opportunity for all. It is also a time to celebrate culture, community, and the progress made through generations of perseverance and strength.

At Treetop Tutoring, we believe that education, empowerment, and community engagement are powerful tools for creating positive change. As we celebrate Juneteenth, we remain committed to fostering opportunities that help individuals and families learn, grow, and thrive.

🚶‍♀️💙 5k walk for Education 💙🚶‍♂️

A huge shoutout to one of our incredible board members who recently led a 5K Walk in support of our rodmanforkids Ride fundraiser!

Every step taken represented a commitment to our mission, our community, and the children and families we serve. Events like these remind us that fundraising is about more than reaching a financial goal, it’s about bringing people together to create lasting impact.

Thank you to everyone who joined the walk, donated and helped spread the word. Your support fuels the work we do and helps us continue providing opportunities that empower, educate, and uplift our community.

Today, we are incredibly excited and grateful to officially launch the new Treetop Tutoring website! 🌱✨

What started as a personal mission to support our own children during the pandemic has grown into something so much bigger — a nonprofit organization committed to providing personalized tutoring, mentorship, and academic support to students in underserved and under-resourced communities.

At Treetop Tutoring, we provide virtual and in-person tutoring for students in grades 2–12, helping students strengthen skills in math, reading, science, ELA, study skills, and SAT preparation. More importantly, we strive to help students build confidence, close learning gaps, and realize their full potential.

We are incredibly thankful to the City of Taunton’s Marketing Grant Program for supporting organizations like ours and investing in the growth of local nonprofits and businesses. A special thank you to Mayor Shauna O'Connell and Jay Pateakos for helping create opportunities that allow organizations like Treetop Tutoring to continue expanding our impact in the community.

We’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Tricia White at NeighborWorks Housing Solutions for her guidance and support throughout this process, and to Kerry Aglugub of KMA Web Design for creating a website that truly captures the heart behind our mission.

We are so grateful for everyone who has supported us along this journey. This is only the beginning, and we’re excited to continue growing, serving students, and creating brighter futures for families in our community. 💚

What an incredible day at the Rodman for Kids Ride on Saturday!🚴💚

This year’s ride was a huge success for Treetop Tutoring Inc, and we are overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who helped make it possible. Thanks to the support of our riders, donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters, we exceeded our fundraising goal and raised over $22,000 to support free tutoring services for local students.

What makes this even more meaningful is knowing that every mile ridden and every dollar raised will directly help students access the academic support, encouragement, and opportunities they deserve.

As founders, moments like this remind us why we started Treetop Tutoring to create brighter futures for students and build a community that believes in their potential. Seeing so many people come together in support of education, opportunity, and impact was truly inspiring.

Thank you to everyone who rode with us, donated, volunteered, shared our mission, and cheered us on along the way. This milestone belongs to all of us, and we’re excited for what this momentum will allow us to accomplish moving forward. 🌱✨

What a powerful night at our Pouring for a Cause event on Thursday! 🍻✨

This was more than just a fun evening it was a reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together with purpose. Every dollar raised brings us closer to our upcoming Rodman Ride and our stretch goal of $20,000, which will allow us to support 9 students for the full 2026–2027 school year.

To everyone who donated, attended, shared, or cheered us on—thank you. Your support is creating lasting change and opening doors for students who deserve every opportunity to thrive.

We’re excited to share that we’ve officially reached our $15,000 Rodman Ride fundraising goal 🎉

Because of the incredible support from our community, more students will have access to the academic support they need to grow and succeed. We are so grateful to every person who donated, shared, encouraged, and believed in our mission.

But we’re not done yet.

We’re now setting our sights on $20,000 by September 1st. Reaching this next milestone will allow us to support 2 additional students for the entire school year with the personalized tutoring and resources they deserve.

A few of our Rodman Ride team riders came together for the first time 🚴🏾‍♀️💪🏾

It was incredible to see our riders connect, share their “why,” and hit the road together as they begin preparing for the big day on **May 16th**. This is just the start of the miles ahead, but the energy, commitment, and community were already strong.

On May 16th, our team will take on the Rodman Ride, riding either 25 or 50 miles as they push themselves for a purpose that goes far beyond the distance.

Each ride brings us closer to our goal of raising **$15,000** to support our students and continue offering FREE high-quality tutoring to families who need it most.

We’re so grateful for this team and the dedication they’re showing already. Let’s go! 💚
