🏡 Now Accepting Housing Applications for Summer and Fall 2026! 💙
The WVU at Parkersburg Foundation is excited to announce that applications are open for their apartment-style student residence halls — and they are proud to share that double rooms are now available as a new housing option!
Designed for comfort, convenience and community living, the Residences at ITC give students a supportive environment where they can focus on academics, get involved on campus and build lasting connections. Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration given to enrollment status and compatibility, so we encourage students to apply early to secure their preferred space.
Housing Options & Rates:
🏠 Single Room: $700 per month
🏠 Double Room: $500 per month, per student ($1,000 total per room)
Your monthly rate includes all essential utilities and services — high-speed internet, electricity, water, sewer, and trash service — so students can focus on college life without the extra hassle. A $250 security deposit is required and is fully refundable at move-out, provided there are no damages.
📅 Fall 2026 Move-In Day: August 8, 2026
📦 Early Move-In Option: Students registered for fall courses may move in as early as May
🏡 Terms Available: Summer and Fall 2026 semesters
