UMD Hockey Cheer Team

UMD Hockey Cheer Team The official page of UMD Hockey Cheerleading! The Hockey Cheerleaders perform on the ice between periods as well as in the stands during the game.

At UMD, our hockey cheer squad combines dancing and cheerleading on the ice and in the stands into one unified sport. The squad is comprised of many young women who come from diverse backgrounds including cheerleading, dancing, figure skating, and a love of hockey. Our time is dedicated to supporting the hockey team, getting fans involved and creating routines for entertainment. At UMD the students, fans, and the entire Duluth community have incredible Bulldog pride and as hockey cheerleaders we add to the tradition and love everyone has for the sport.

CHAMP OF THE WEEK 🐶

“I chose this person for champ of the week because they are such a great role model to look up to on and off the ice. They are always willing to take the time out of their day to help with cheers. They have became one of my favorite people to hangout with at practice and outside of practice. My champ of the week is Amelia!”
