You already know what's wrong.
You've known for a while.
Maybe it's the team dynamic that's been off for months, or the role that stopped fitting.
Maybe it's the way you've been leading when you're running on empty. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦.
You don't need more data or another framework.
You just need someone to say it out loud so you can finally stop second-guessing yourself.
That's the thing about clarity. It's rarely a discovery. It's more like a permission slip.
Someone reflects back what you already sense, and suddenly the fog lifts. Not because they told you something new. Because they made it safe to trust what you already knew.
I've sat with a lot of leaders in that moment. The exhale. The quiet "yeah, I knew that."
It's one of my favorite things to witness.
If you've been carrying something you can't quite name, it's time to say it out loud.
What's the thing you already know but haven't said out loud yet?

If your team has 8 priorities this quarter...
5 of them are probably just wishes in a spreadsheet.
And that's not a dig. That's just Thursday in SMB land.
Here's what actually happens when the list gets too long:
• Everyone's busy, but nothing moves
• Your best people are spread thin
• You're the one filling the gaps (again)
Notice what's missing? Direction.
The problem isn't effort. You've got plenty of that.
It's that too many priorities is just a fancy way of saying no real priority.
The leaders who move their business forward ask one question before adding anything: Does this move our core metric?
Three priorities that you actually finish beat eight hopeful ones every time.
I know cutting feels risky when everything feels urgent, but what would you cut from your Q2 list if you had to pick just three?
Drop it below. I'm genuinely curious what makes the cut.

You're off your game today, and you know it.
Low energy. Distracted. Not bringing your A-game.
Here's the reframe: it's data.
Many leaders treat off days like a character flaw. They push harder, fake the energy, or spiral into self-doubt until it all falls apart. None of that works.
What if instead, you got curious?
Is there a reason why you're feeling off? Did something happen, or did you push yourself too hard?
A decision might be sitting unresolved, quietly draining you. Or you've simply been operating outside your zone for too long.
The leaders who perform best long-term aren't the ones who never dip. They're the ones who know how to read their bodies' signals and take a break long enough to identify why.
When I work with sales leaders and founders, we don't skip past the off days. We mine them. Because inside that low-energy Tuesday is usually an aha moment waiting to happen.
Your strengths don't disappear on hard days. But in overdrive, they flip.
Let's say you're normally tireless, driven, lead-by-example, hungry, and relentless.
When in overdrive, you may be overcommitted, unable to say no, burnt out, and blind to what's breaking.
Same strength. Different energy level.
So next time you're off, don't fight it. Instead, ask yourself: What is this day actually trying to show you?

You don't need a new strategy.
You need your edge back.
There's a version of you that didn't have to white-knuckle every decision. Where decisions came faster, and energy wasn't something you had to manage. You just moved.
You shifted somewhere along the way.
So you did what many leaders do. You added more. More structure, planning, and effort. You optimized the systems around you while quietly drifting from the thing that made you sharp.
The strategy isn't broken. You're just not in it the way you used to be.
And no amount of better planning fixes that.
The leaders I see turn things around fast aren't the ones who found a smarter framework. They're the ones who stopped outsourcing their momentum to process and came back to how they naturally operate.
It requires stopping, not starting.
That's where the edge lives.
Not in the next plan. In you.
What would it feel like to lead from that place again?

Ever have one of those phases in life where nothing is wrong... but nothing feels right either?
You're showing up. Hitting your calls. Running the meetings.
On paper, everything looks fine.
But inside, something feels... off.
Like you're going through the motions in a role that used to light you up.
You're not burned out. Not checked out.
Just... flat.
And the weird part? You can't even explain it.
There's no crisis to point to. No obvious reason to feel this way. People around you may not even notice.
So you keep moving. Keep performing. Keep telling yourself it'll pass.
But it sits there. Quiet. Persistent.
That in-between state has a name, even if it doesn't have a fix.
It's the gap between functioning and actually feeling alive in your work.
And a lot of leaders are living there right now.
It's not about feeling broken or ungrateful.
You're simply somewhere between where you were and where you're meant to be.
Does anyone else relate to this feeling?

When performance and people don’t add up, growth leaks.
Your team is working hard.
But the numbers are not.
When that happens, the issue is rarely effort, motivation, or more training.
Most of the time, something essential is out of alignment.
That’s where the Business Performance Audit comes in.
In one focused session, we surface:
• where momentum is slipping
• what’s quietly draining energy and results
• and what will move the needle
This isn’t coaching.
It isn’t training.
And it isn’t another tactic.
It’s an opportunity to get clear.
A fresh, unbiased perspective that reveals what’s really holding growth back, so you can refocus your time, energy, and strategy where it matters most.

Have you heard of MAXL? An ad popped up, and I purchased a bottle of MAXLONE to see if the hype was real, and I'm super happy I did. My car is spotless even after driving in the pouring rain for several days!
