LLC's CEO, Jeffrey Kalles, spoke on behalf of WABA and LLC at ESD 113 's BSSC Conference yesterday where he was surrounded by like-minded people who focus on effective behavioral supports in schools.

Celebrating Marija today in the Spotlight! She's our Director of Operations, and based in Spokane and has been with us for the last 6 years. Don't let her title fool you, she's always wearing multiple hats to help LLC succeed and she's great at it! She enjoys outdoor activities and loves art history, live music, trivia, and yoga.

We're on cloud 9 with a double celebration day!! It's our CEO's birthday and LLC's 9th workiversary!

Today's spotlight is on Ricci who leads our ever growing team in Tacoma, Wa! She's been with us for the last four years and has been been a BCBA for many more than that! She enjoys camping, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and son.

Our fearless Gina is in the Spotlight today! She's overcome a ton of challenges in just a few short months to move mountains and open our Longview location!

Along with her husband and kiddos, she moved to Longview not long ago. She's been learning the ropes from our admin team, and at the same time she's been building and educating her own team! When she's not working, she's singing, playing guitar, reading comics and graphic novels, and perusing the vinyl section of the music store.

Let's all give Gina the warm welcome she deserves!
