M - Practice 2:30-4:30 @ Great Seal
Tu - JH to Huntington Inv Carpool leaves at 3:00 from fieldhouse 5pm = JHG 5:30pm = JHB
- HS will practice 2:30-4:00 at ZT then go to Huntington together to cheer for JH and view the course. Huntington is the SVC host in 2018
W - HS to Canal Wi******er Inv - carpool 4:00pm from fieldhouse. 6pm= HSB 6:45= HSG
-JH practice 2:30-4:00 @ ZT track
Th - Practice 2:30-4:30 @ ZT
F - Practice 2:30-4:30 @ ZT
Sat/Sun - run and core on your own

W - 2:45-4:15 PM Practice @ Yoctangee Park
*this practice is optional for Jr High*
Th - 2:30-4:15 PM Practice @ ZT
F - 2:30-4:00 PM Practice @ ZT
S - PICKERINGTON NORTH INV (HS ONLY)
7:30 AM Carpool meets by ZT field house
9:10 AM Varsity Girls 5k
