We met for day 4 today of the CEO of You® Women's Empowerment Masterclass and it was amazing, just like I said it would be!

My special guest Tiffany Fox joined us today to share how she went from feeling stuck to secure in her career. Tiffany's experience is not isolated to Black women or women in Finance like Tiffany. It's not even exclusive to just women! However, women, especially women of color, tend to feel the most burn out and experience the most hesitation and push back to go after more for themselves.

For most women, the doubts, fears, and exhaustion gets to boil over so much that you are left with one option only - seek change!
Tiffany shared the same overwhelming feelings as many other women. They also shared similar stories of victory after graduating from the CEO of You® Academy.

Thank you Tiffany and to our participants who engaged in our experience today. Your presence was felt and appreciated.

Today we touched on values. In June, we will further examine and evaluate what values mean and how they influence our decisions.

For now, I will leave you with this nugget:

Feeling lost is your mind's way of telling you that where you are is not where you are meant to stay.
There is an intuitive notion that is knocking and telling you to go further, redirect, or simply keep moving. Many times, that voice is connected to your values.
