This week I got to practice what I preach and support my village. My sweet sis in law had a baby this month and I came to spend some time with her and take care of her a little bit.
Cristina is an amazing mother and doesn’t need a lot of help taking care of her household, but I’m so glad she was vulnerable enough to let me in and let me help.
Some ideas of ways you can support a new mother
-wash dishes
-run the the grocery store
-make her a plate of food
-take out the trash
-clean the bathroom
-wash her sheets and freshen up her bed
-vaccuum, sweep and mop
-take older siblings to the park or library
-help with bed time routines.

I love watching you become a mother. That moment that you make eye contact with that fresh new baby is magic. Happy Mother’s Day to all my clients who celebrate their first time around the son with their new babies.

I've opened a few more Wisdom Keeper classes up on my website. This class is for your tween girls 9-12 years old. Each class is about 2 hours long.
