Stand for State

Stand for Stand is Penn State University's bystander intervention program Penn State University is committed to reducing harm within our communities.

We envision a community in which students, faculty, and staff share responsibility and take action to maintain a safe living and learning environment. We have partnered Stand for State with the Green Dot organization to bring its comprehensive strategy to Penn State to use as a tool in addressing sexual misconduct, acts motivated by bias, mental health concerns, and high risk substance use.
