"As someone who has studied workplace bullying for close to 20 years, I understand how essential genuine and consistent respect, dignity, fairness, and transparency are in any workplace - not just as a convenient tagline. I am proud to support SEIU because it gives employees a stronger voice and advocates for the fair treatment we all deserve." - Leah Hollis, Professor of Education, University Park

"I support a faculty union because I want to see more unionization generally. Today, workers have to fight for their dignity just to afford the basics. In short, I want a faculty union because I want to be able to afford a house and car for my family of four and to be able to put my own kids through college someday." - Tyler Corbridge, Associate Teaching Professor of English, University Park

"The path to workplace justice is solidarity. Management has power in numbers. So should we. Every worker deserves the protection of a union—it is the single most effective tool we have to demand fair pay, secure benefits, and a voice on the job. Join us. Together, we win." - Jerry Carbo, Adjunct Lecturer in Labor and Employment Relations, University Park

"I believe deeply in shared governance within the university, which serves students, staff, and faculty. But to have actual shared governance, power must be shared. A faculty union at Penn State will share power within the university, improving the learning, working, and living of all at Penn State." - Mark Kissling, Associate Professor of Education, University Park
