As we get older, birthdays become events when we recognize and cherish the many blessings in our lives, especially our families, both those we came from and those that we have created.

We begin to become so grateful for the many birthdays the Good Lord has allowed us with, and we pray that there are many more in our future.

Well…My 67th birthday is this Sunday, December 14th. I would like to share with you a moment that I experienced recently.

To my family, friends and students (past, present and future) please consider this a gift of love and appreciation to you all on my birthday.

Thanks to everyone who are acknowledged in the description who allowed me the opportunity to pay such a heartfelt musical tribute to my mentor, and lifelong friend, Dr. John Marcellus.
