Empower Orphans is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Neha Gupta (Penn State ’19) when she was 9 years old. During her family trips to India, Neha’s grandparents would often take her to the local orphanages where they would give presents to children celebrating birthdays. After recognizing the stark contrast between those children’s lives and the lives of her peers back home
