We're lead to be believe that if a little is good, then more is better. But, the irony is when it comes to toys, the fewer kids have the more they play.

Great article by my brilliant friend Caity Collins, and an interesting thought piece to follow Mother's Day. I admire all the different parenting styles among my Kindermusik families, working or not! I am so fortunate to see such dedicated caregivers with thoughtful approaches every day- each of you are an inspiration!

Women are struggling to balance work and family, and they're hoping that the latest podcast, book, magazine article, or class is going to offer them an answer.

Interesting read. I feel very strongly about the physical activity component for children under 5. There's a good reason why so much of what we do in Kindermusik is movement-based!

Infants under 1 year old should not be exposed to electronic screens, and children between the ages of 2 and 4 should not have more than one daily hour of “sedentary screen time,” the agency said Wednesday.
