The Randolph High School Class of 2027 gathered bright and early this morning for a special tradition: Senior Sunrise! 🎓

There’s something extra special about watching our seniors come together to welcome the sunrise as they prepare to begin their final year at RHS. We hope this morning was the start of a year filled with great memories, meaningful moments, and plenty to celebrate along the way.

And tomorrow, it’s officially BACK TO SCHOOL for all of RFISD! 📚✏️ 🍎

We are wishing our students, families, teachers, and staff a wonderful first day and an amazing start to the 2026–2027 school year!💙

What an awesome way to kick off the new school year…

Today, the Randolph Field Education Foundation was presented with an incredibly generous $5,000 donation from H-E-B to support teacher grants for RFISD educators this school year! 🎉

Members of the RFISD leadership team, School Board, and Randolph Field Education Foundation joined the Universal City Mayor and members of the H-E-B leadership team at the H-E-B on Kitty Hawk Road for today’s check presentation.

We are so grateful to H-E-B for continuing to invest in public education and in the teachers who make a difference for students every day. This generous gift will help bring new ideas, resources, and opportunities into RFISD classrooms throughout the year.

Thank you, H-E-B, for supporting our teachers, our students, and our schools. We are beyond grateful for your generosity and continued partnership!💙

Today, we kicked off our 2026-2027 New Employee Orientation by welcoming the newest members of the Randolph Field ISD team. We are excited to have this talented group joining our district and look forward to the positive impact they will make in the lives of our students, schools, and community. 💙

One of our favorite traditions is getting a MAJOR upgrade this year as the annual Randolph vs. Cole football game heads to the Alamodome!

📣 Attention, Ro-Hawk families! 📣

We’re excited to welcome our incoming 6th-12th grade students and kick off another great school year at Randolph Secondary Schools. But, before school officially starts back up…

ALL incoming 6th graders, ALL incoming 9th graders, and any NEW to RFISD 6th-12th grade students are invited to join us on Tuesday, July 28th, from 9:00–11:30 a.m. for Hatching the Hawks (RMS) and Ro-Hawk Rundown (RHS). It will be a great opportunity to meet new friends, get familiar with campus, and start the year with confidence.

ALL incoming 6th-12th grade students should plan to attend Ro-Hawk Return on July 29th or 30th based on the first letter of their last name to pick up schedules, iPads, and prepare for the first day of school.

Dear RFISD Community,

Randolph High School administration recently became aware of allegations involving possible non-school-related contact between former RHS coach Breann Halcumb and an RHS student-athlete during the 2025-2026 school year. Ms. Halcumb had previously tendered her resignation and is no longer employed by Randolph Field ISD.

Upon becoming aware of the allegations, district administration immediately reported the matter to law enforcement and took appropriate steps in accordance with district procedures.

At this time, the allegations are being investigated by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Because there is an active law enforcement investigation, we are unable to share details regarding the allegations or the status of the investigation.

The safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as the law enforcement investigation moves forward. We will continue to cooperate fully with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and will share additional information if and when doing so is appropriate and does not interfere with the investigation.

We’re proud to recognize several Randolph High School student-athletes for outstanding postseason honors and all-star selections…

⚾ KASEN POWELL was selected to participate in the SA Missions Senior Salute All-Star Game, which will take place on May 20!

🏈 CODY HOWARD was selected to play in the 2026 South Texas Coaches Association All-Star Football Game, which was held on May 16.

🏀 MADDIX HILL and KASEN POWELL were selected to participate in the 2026 STCA All-Star Basketball Game, which was held on May 16.

🥎 Congratulations as well to our Randolph Ro-Hawk Softball players on earning 2026 All-District honors:
