We’ve been helping our students practice healthy habits, like proper handwashing, with some fun tricks that your family can try at home! Here are some of our teachers’ favorite ways for little ones to learn about keeping those hands clean:

✔️ Wash while singing the alphabet song for a 20-second scrub.
✔️Together, list some handwashing befores and afters — like before eating a snack and after playing with pets.
✔️ Make handwashing fun with a sensory bin filled with sponges and soapy water.

We’re getting our movement in all day long!

Timeline photos 01/26/2022

Incorporating joyful movement into every day life is a great way to bond together as a family. Ask your children how it makes their bodies feel when they run, jump and play instead of focusing on how their bodies may look. Joyful movement can be anything from jumping on the trampoline to walking the dog and it happens in all shapes and sizes!

We’re excited to introduce Goddard’s exclusive social-emotional development learning program, Life Lesson Library!
