I wanted to take a minute to say WELCOME to all of the new families joining the studio 💞💞💞

We’re so glad you’re here.

My name is Christina. I opened the studio in 2021 and it’s been one of my greatest joys! 💫

I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in both WV and PA 🗣️👂🏻👄 I specialized in early pediatrics, birth to three and school-based therapy services, as well as had several opportunities in nursing homes, hospitals and other outpatient centers. This allowed me to serve people of all ages, stages and diagnoses.

I graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelors degree (Let’s Go Mountaineers 💙💛), University of Northern Iowa with a masters degree (still love my Panthers 💜) and then landed an internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii 🌈 While I loved my time there and it was very tempting to stay, my heart was back home.

I took another travel assignment in 2020 which brought me to Frederick, Maryland but then of course life changed for everyone during that year and I was redirected back to Uniontown.

I thought I was back just temporarily until my next SLP assignment but the Lord had other plans 🙌

From the time I was a little girl, I gravitated towards music. 🎵 Even as young as 6-years-old I wrote in my journal “the Lord wants me to do music forever.”

I was always taking college and online courses, studying under amazing professors and teachers and continuing my music education 🎹

The studio started with a simple Facebook post, a hand-me-down piano, a low budget for a few books and Amazon supplies and a whole lot of faith 😅

Today, we have a new building (Suite A and Suite C), a team of outstanding instructors and a wide range of full music services including:

I am thankful for the redirections because it brought me here.

Congratulations to Elias 🎓✨

He received another certificate of completion in lesson, theory and performance and has been working hard in the next level.

Elias is currently exploring a “John Williams” book and playing famous movie songs such as the Theme from Jurassic Park, Star Wars, the Theme from Indiana Jones and more! 🎥🍿

Tucker received his certificate of completion for lesson, theory and performance and has moved on to the next level!

He loves playing classical music and has requested “more Beethoven songs” for the Summer Semester.

He has shown great improvement in sight-reading and has found a love for songwriting.

Arie received her certificate of completion in lesson, theory and performance.

She is looking forward to exploring more chords, lead sheets and popular songs in the next levels.

Arie has made progress in counting out loud and playing along with a metronome, reading bass clef notes and playing hands together.

She is a natural at the piano 🎹

Congratulations to Lily! 🎓✨

She has successfully competed all lesson, theory and performance books and moved on to the next level.

Lily is especially gifted in playing worship music. Some of her recent songs include “Holy Forever, Graves into Gardens and Gratitude.” 🙌

She is disciplined with home practice and is always eager to learn.

We are so proud of her ❤️

TJ graduated last month and moved on to his third set of books.

He has made so much progress in reading music, counting out loud and finding starting positions for each song.

TJ loves playing classical music and has signed-up to play for his school talent show!
