Rabbi Mezei brought members of the Photography Club on a meaningful & creative field trip to Hempstead Lake Park. Their mission was both artistic and spiritual: to discover a love of Hashem through the lens by observing the wonders of nature. With the park in peak fall foliage, students walked along the trails and shoreline, learning to focus and find beauty in places they might otherwise overlook. They captured shimmering water and the delicate patterns of autumn leaves—moments that revealed the brilliance of Hashem’s creation. They returned not only with stunning photographs, but with a renewed sense of appreciation for Hashem and his beautiful world. !

Clubs are off to a great start!! Students had the opportunity to learn about and join from over 40 clubs. We can’t wait! Students were treated to lemon ices in honor of Rosh Chodesh.b

We had the privilege of hosting and hearing from Oriya Mevorach, co-author of the best-selling book, One Day in October, a collection of accounts of Israelis who experienced the October 7th attacks firsthand. During the talk, the author highlighted that throughout every story was the ability for hope to prevail. Mrs. Mevorach then met with the senior girls for an extended session. !

A beautiful assembly commemorating October 7th and celebrating the return of the hostages. Rabbi Slomnicki recapping our reactions from 2 years ago and speaking about the Sefer Torah mantel donated by the Serber family. Thank you Rabbi Selengut for crystallizing the importance of every individual in עם ישראל. At the conclusion of the tekes lots of brachot were made on the Freshly baked cookies which were enjoyed by all! 🇮🇱 !
