Join Legislator Olena Nicks and the Nassau County Police Department for a FREE Car Seat Check event to make sure your child’s car seat is installed correctly and safely.

⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Van Ness Fire Station, 154 Uniondale Avenue, Uniondale

Certified professionals will be available to inspect your car seat, answer questions, and help give you peace of mind every time you hit the road.

⚠️ Appointments are limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible using the QR code on the flyer!

Because the most precious cargo deserves the safest ride. ❤️

How do we choose just a few photos when every single moment was pure magic? ✨🎭💃🏽

A HUGE thank you to our Northern Parkway famILY for twirling, laughing, dancing, and dazzling the night away with us at our Masquerade Dance! From the sparkling outfits to the incredible energy on the dance floor, you all truly understood the assignment. 🖤✨

Now the hardest part begins… picking favorites! 📸 We uploaded 200+ photos to the Google Drive link so you can relive the memories, download your favorites, and soak up the magic all over again.

We are beyond proud of each and everyone one of you.

Thank you to their parents for allowing them to engage in the event and supporting not only their scholars, but their peers.

This group was not only a very special group, but also an extremely empowering and supportive group. Parents helped all of the scholars, scholars collaborated with each other and lots of bonds were cultivated. A true testament to community, and honest reflection of the core of what makes our Northern Parkway family a famILY 💙🐾

This was our PTA’s first writing workshop and we look forward to hosting another one next year AND extending the invitation to more elementary scholars in the district.

Thank you to everyone that celebrated our young leaders today. 💙🐾
Their book is available for purchase on Amazon and a link will be posted in our bio for easy access.

Proceeds from the book go towards funding future PTA and School projects like our FreeMarket and Bodega (we’ll talk about that in a few weeks 🤫😉)

And of course (because you know we are always with the shenanigans) our PTA president said next time she will DEFINITELY add Japanese to the introduction 🤣🫶🏽
