Mrs. Brackett’s class made “Back to School in a Cup” last Friday to celebrate completing our first full week of 1st grade! 🍎✏️📚

Each snack represented a different school-related item, and students had to carefully follow the recipe directions to add each ingredient to their cup. We had so much fun practicing following directions while making a yummy treat! 🥨🍿

What a sweet way to celebrate a great start to our school year! 💛✨

Our 4k students have been learning all about colors and sorting by colors this week. They had to “rescue the bears” by scooping them out of the water and placing them into their color coordinated buckets.

They’ve also practiced Habit 6: Synergize, by working together to complete different math stations. Students had to work together to sort the different manipulatives by color. Learning is fun in 4k 🧡💙🦅

Mrs. Silvey is growing leaders! Here are her 2nd graders reciting their Leader in Me Classroom Mission Statement! 🦅

Mrs. Silvey’s 2nd graders have been working hard and showing what they know. Students had a goal to “meet or beat” what they scored on their spring i-Ready Inform assessment. 17 students met or surpassed their reading score, and 12 students met or surpassed their math score! They celebrated with BRAG tags from administrators and popsicles from Mrs. Silvey!

Mrs. Freeman’s 3rd grade students received a BRAG Tag for meeting or exceeding their i-Ready Inform Math score from the spring!
