Report on the 207th Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Maine
Held Tuesday May 5th, 2026
Scottish Rite Drummond Auditorium, Portland, Maine
First, and probably most important to our Lodge, M.W. Jeffrey Simonton, Newly Elected Grand Master of Masons in Maine has redistricted the Lodges of the Grand Lodge of Maine and the 7th District that Union Lodge and Mount Olivet Lodge had been a part of since May 1936 no longer exists.
The 2nd and 3rd Districts were consolidated to form the 3rd District.
The 4th and 21st Districts were consolidated to form the 4th District.
The 7th and 9th Districts were consolidated to form the 9th District.
The 22nd District was Renumbered as the 21st District.
The 23rd District was Renumbered as the 7th District.
The 24th District was Renumbered as the 2nd District.
Lodges 89 & 129 Moved from the 9th to the 8th.
Lodges 61 & 211 Moved from the 9th to the 7th.
Lodge 124 Moved from the 6th to the 5th.
Lodge 87 Moved from the 6th to the 21st.
Lodge 53 Moved from the 11th to the 12th.
Lodge 94 Moved from the 16th to the 20th.
We are now part of the 9th District, Consisting of:
