We love having our student teacher, Ms. Demianew, with us! Today, she led Middle School Ag through CDE Speed Dating: students decided which Career Development Events (CDEs) were worthy of a second date, and which they’d prefer to “just stay friends” with.

Students practiced soil ribboning, creating floral arrangements, identifying cheeses, taking heart rates, labeling aromas and much more!

Thanks Ms. D for making this year fun - we look forward to having you back in January!

SAE Spotlight: Camilla Blackburn

In May, Camilla received our chapters “Blue Banner Legacy” award, highlighting her demand for excellence and the many, many hours she puts in outside of the ring to earn success. This summer, she has proven once again her right to receive this award.

Camilla is a graduating senior who has many SAE projects. One of her projects includes raising X-Bred Hogs. This year, Camilla’s SAE breeding program had the following successes:
