Union Elementary

Dear Union Elementary Families,

We have an exciting fundraiser coming up, and we are looking for gift cards and donated prizes from local businesses to help make it a success!

If you own a business, work for a local company, or have a connection with a business that may be willing to help, we would love your help reaching out!

Gift cards are especially helpful and can be for restaurants, stores, entertainment, services, or any other local business. We are also happy to accept donated products, baskets, merchandise, or other items that could be used as prizes.

Why Help?

A donation is a great way for a local business to give back to the students and families in our community while helping support Union Elementary. Donated prizes will be featured as part of our fundraiser, allowing participating businesses to have their name seen by our school families.

Even a small donation can make a big difference! A $10, $20, or $25 gift card can become an exciting prize for one of our families.

If you know a business that may be interested, please consider asking them to donate. You can also have the business contact the PTO directly if they would like more information.

Know a business owner? Please share this request with them! You never know which local business may be excited to support our students.

Thank you for helping us make this fundraiser a success and for continuing to support Union Elementary and our students!

With appreciation,
Union Elementary PTO

Dear Union Elementary Families,
Conference Week is coming up, and we would love your help in providing meals for our amazing teachers and staff!

Our teachers work long days during conference week, and the PTO would like to make sure they have a meal waiting for them during their evening conferences. We have created a list of suggested food items to help put these meals together. PTO will cover the main dish. We will have dinner for our staff on Monday, Oct. 12th and Tuesday, Oct. 13th.

Please know that you do NOT have to purchase the exact item listed! The list is a guide to help you understand what we need. If you find a similar item, a different brand, or something comparable that works better for your family or budget, that is absolutely fine!

Every contribution, big or small, helps us provide a great meal for our teachers and staff. We truly appreciate our Union families and your continued support of the PTO and our school!

Find our list here https://giftlist.com/l/mV2TCenRzs

Prefer to make a financial contribution? We gladly accept:
Venmo: https://account.venmo.com/u/unionpto
Please put “Conference Dinner Donation” in the Venmo memo.
Check: Made payable to Union PTO
Cash: Please place it in an envelope labeled “PTO Conference Dinner Donation”
Checks and cash can be sent to the school office. Financial contributions will be used to purchase any remaining food, drinks, supplies, and other items needed for both dinners.

Please have all donations turned in by Friday, October 9th. Food and supply donations can be dropped off or delivered to Union Elementary School, and our amazing secretaries will guide you on where to take your goodies!

Thank you for helping us take care of the people who take such great care of our children every day!
With appreciation,
Union Elementary PTO

Lost & Found Reminder

It’s only the first day of school, and we already have items in our Lost & Found! 😊
If possible, please put your child’s name on their belongings. This will make it much easier for us to return items to the right child when they accidentally leave them outside or around school.

Thank you for helping us keep those lost items finding their way home! 💙
