🚨 STOP SCROLLING — WE’RE HIRING! 🚨

And before we get to the job… we want to say one little thing. 🫶🏼

If you’ve seen our hiring posts and thought, “Dang, they sure are always hiring!” — we promise, there’s more to the story.

We’re always growing, always looking for ways to improve, and VERY picky about who we bring onto our team. We have an amazing group of teachers, and we have a promise to our families that we will always be intentional about who we hire. 🤌

We aren’t looking for just a warm body to fill a classroom. We want the RIGHT person. Someone who loves kids, cares about their work, fits our team, and truly wants to make a difference. 💛

So yes… sometimes that means we keep searching a little longer. And we’re okay with that. Because our kids and our families deserve the BEST. ✨

Leap Ahead Learning Center is looking for a FULL-TIME LEAD TEACHER for our 2-year-old classroom!

✨ 8 kiddos
✨ Your own classroom
✨ Fun, playful environment
✨ Lots of support & training
✨ Room to bring your own personality & creativity
✨ PTO & holiday pay

We’re looking for someone who is patient, dependable, nurturing, energetic, and ready to take on a challenge!

You don’t have to know everything on day one. We’ll teach you our routines, support you as you learn, and give you the tools to feel confident in your classroom. Then… make it your own! 🥰

If you’re looking for more than just a job and want the chance to become someone’s favorite teacher — we’d love to meet you! ❤️
