This year, and over the last 2 years, Ballyshannon has introduced some amazing new **future-focused, hands-on classes** for our students — and almost every student in the school will have the opportunity to participate in at least one of them!

📚 Project-Based Learning
🍳 Culinary & Cooking

These classes give students opportunities to build, create, design, problem-solve, collaborate, and learn real-world skills. But providing the equipment, tools, technology, and supplies needed for hands-on learning comes with some significant costs.

We’ve created a fundraiser to help support these new programs, and **any donation amount is truly appreciated!** Every dollar helps put more tools and materials into the hands of our students and 100% of all donations stay at Ballyshannon for these programs!

Our Foertmeyer & Sons Fall Flower Sale is just around the corner — and it's packed with color, charm, and autumn joy.

What a TOTALLY RADICAL Staff Appreciation Week! 📼✨🌮🍦🎙️

We just finished a full trip back to the 90s, and we are absolutely bursting with gratitude! Our staff truly brings "all that and a bag of chips" energy to our school every single day, and we had a blast celebrating them.
Take a look at how we showed our appreciation, day by day, using some of our favorite memories:

☕🧃 Monday, May 4: We got the week started right with a "Sippin’ on Coffee and Juice" breakfast bar. A perfect way to jumpstart a radical week!

🍹👗 Tuesday, May 5: Our staff cooled down at our "Ice Ice Baby" Dirty Soda Drink Station in the office, along with queso, chips and salsa from Taco Mama! The creative juices also flowed during our "90s Dress Style" team contest!

🌮 Wednesday, May 6: Lunch was a total throwback with our "All That and a Bag of Chips" Lunch catered by McAlisters. The food was booyah!

🌸 Thursday, May 7: We shared some "Smells Like School Spirit" love with a beautiful potted flower for every single staff member to take home.

🏆🧁 Friday, May 8: We wrapped up the week on a sweet note with "I Like Big Bundts and I Cannot Lie" treat day (Bundtinis for everyone!), and a 90s Trivia face-off! Note: Ms Palmer beat Mr Brewer!

A massive congratulations to our incredible community vote costume winners, who brought some major nostalgic magic!
