Today we welcome Kailey Fawns to the Kean family! Kailey is a 6’1” MH and our very first recruit from the state of Texas, where she’s competed against many of the best players in the country. Soon to be a graduate of Poteet High School, Kailey prepped with the of Dallas, but now resides in the town of Ben Wheeler, population 400! Kailey is highly independent, highly motivated, and before long she’ll be highly dangerous to our opponents!

Today we welcome Gilana Fitzmaurice of Barnegat High School (same as Cougar great Sara Ridgway) and the East Coast Crush South program (Same as Kayla Thornton and Bri Calvano)! Gilana missed much of the high school season due to injury, but when she returned she led 31 seed Barnegat on an 8 match win streak to squeak into States, and then into the NJ Final Four! Gilana is a dynamic and uniquely powerful athlete and we are excited for her to join the Cougars!

Today we are going to stay in Illinois and welcome Ashley Smith from Lake Villa. Ashley played for Lakes High School and , where she was a former teammate of Kylie Brua, who we introduced yesterday. Ashley is an athletic passing OH, a fierce competitor, and another weapon the is going to wish we didn’t have! Welcome to Kean!

Our next new Cougar we would like to introduce is Kylie Brua, from Grayslake, Illinois where she played tennis for Mundelein High School and volleyball for Wisconsin Juniors (). Kylie is a competitive and athletic setter with a strong all-around game and we cannot wait to see her take the court at Harwood Arena! Kylie, welcome to

Please help us in welcoming libero/DS Madison DeMartini to ! Madison played at Demarest with reigning rookie of the year, Sedona Gaard, and at Club. Madison is as competitive as they come. She was 2nd team All-State this year and lead Demarest to 2 straight NJ state titles. Madison recorded 30+ digs 4x this season including the state championship match! Welcome to Kean, Madison!
