Sometimes we do not realize how much the stress of transitions can build up for both adults and TCKs when moving cross culturally... until the tower falls.

CIT's pre-field training provides practical tools to help establish a strong foundation before the journey begins.

Our facilitators offer the support, training, and resources needed to navigate a new culture, team dynamics, language learning, and the many challenges that come with transition.
