🚨🚂 BREAKING RAILROAD NEWS: CONTRAK EXPANDS ITS MOTIVE POWER FLEET! 🚂🚨

Following our recent announcement naming CONTRAK the Official Railroad of the York Train Fair, we’re proud to announce that the railroad has made its latest strategic acquisition:

💪 THE MIGHTY CASEY! 💪

Following high-level discussions with CONTRAK executive leadership in Edison, New Jersey, an agreement has been reached to bring the Mighty Casey into the CONTRAK fleet.

That’s right — Casey is going to work. 😂

Plans are already being drawn up to put the Mighty Casey into revenue service, pulling trains up and down the Route 30 Corridor and handling the railroad’s ever-growing traffic into the York Train Fair. 🚂💨

Rumors of an aggressive fleet expansion, trackage-rights negotiations, and a hostile takeover of the Orange Hall remain completely unconfirmed. 👀

One thing, however, is official:

CONTRAK has its railroad. York has its corridor. And now they have the Mighty Casey.

Someone get the dispatcher on the phone. 📞🚦

We are thrilled to confirm that after contentious negotiations, CONTRAK has finally secured trackage rights through downtown York, over Route 30, and directly to the Orange Hall.

Passengers can expect hourly departures, café service featuring the world-famous Bricker’s French Fries & Maple Donuts combo, and seamless cross-platform transfers to destinations throughout central Pennsylvania.

We’d also like to remind everyone that parking at the York Train Fair remains free, mostly because… we want it to.

Thanks to our friends at CONTRAK Rail Corporation for keeping the railfan tradition of good satire alive. 😄🚂

CONTRAK AT THE YORK TRAIN FAIR

New this fall at the York Train Fair, CONTRAK will be offering shuttle service to the Lower Susquehanna Valley Modular Railroaders ConStation in Columbia, PA! Two services will be available; the LSVMR Express direct to Columbia via the York Route 30 Branch, and the LSVMR Limited with stops at select local points of interest via the Lincoln Highway 462 Branch. Trains will run Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 11 pm with the Express leaving on the hour and the Limited on the half hour. All trains will feature a CONTRAK Cafe car with a Bricker's French Fries/Maple Donuts combo special menu! At ConStation in Columbia passengers can take in the LSVMR club layout and enjoy refreshments while waiting on their connecting train on the York Branch. All trains will arrive and depart the fairgrounds from the CONTRAK Orange Hall.
