Palisades Family Success Center

Palisades Family Success Center A neighborhood gathering place and safe haven for families in Hudson County, NJ, we provide free support, referrals, and activities for parents and kids.

The Palisades Family Success Center provides access to health, employment, and housing related services, parent education, family activities, information and referrals, advocacy, and workshops on nutrition, fitness, computer literacy, budgeting, and other life skills. The program is administered by the nonprofit organization Prevention Links, with funding from the Department of Children and Families of New Jersey.

Our Family Services Department recently came together for Prevention Links' Family Services Department Day, a day dedicated to strengthening the relationships that help us better serve families across our communities.

Through team-building activities, creative collaboration, reflection, and plenty of laughter, staff from our Family Services Department had the opportunity to reconnect, learn from one another, and celebrate the incredible work happening across the division. The day included a collaborative scrapbook project honoring each team member, interactive challenges focused on communication and teamwork, shared meals, and time to reflect on how working together makes us stronger.

When we invest in our staff, we invest in the families who walk through our doors every day. Strong teams create stronger communities, and we're proud of the compassionate, dedicated individuals who make Prevention Links' Family Services Department Centers places of support, connection, and hope.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Division Day such a meaningful experience. Here's to continuing to build success together!
