UNION CITY BAND The Union City Bands are comprised of instrumental music students in grades 6-12. "Excellence, Our Heritage, Our Commitment!”

The Union City High School Band has a long standing tradition of achievement in music education. One out of every four students at Union City High School is a member of the Golden Tornado Marching Band. The Union City Band has been named a Class Champion and Finalist at Bands of America Regional and Super Regional Championships in Atlanta, St. Louis,Murfreesboro and Indianapolis. The band has repr

esented Great State of Tennessee at the Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Disney World, and NYC St. Patricks Day Parades and has performed concerts at the Battleship USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Union City has been recognized for the past two years as one of America’s 100 Best Communities for Music Education and was a 2017 Sudler Shield Small Schools nominee.

We would like to thank Community Bible Church of Union City Tennessee for providing popsicles and water for the Union City Band on Tuesday and Thursday! We are very thankful for our local churches that help support our students during camp.

Interior upgrades as well as exterior prep work and paint were completed by Ascendance Truck Centers of Union City.

Exterior wrap was completed by The Print Shop!
