Homecoming, 2021 is quickly approaching! Festivities will take place from Sunday, September 19 through Saturday, September 25. Here's the rundown for the week- certainly no one will be "BOARD"!
Theme: Board Games
Sunday, September 19 @ 6 p.m.- Men's Volleyball Powder PUff in the HS Gymnasium.
Monday thru Friday- UCJSHS Dress Up Days:
Monday: Candyland- SWEET DREAMS, PATRIOTS. Students and staff are encouraged to wear appropriate PJs to school.
Tuesday: Game of Life- GET A LIFE, PATRIOTS- The future is calling...AND YOU'RE NOT IN IT! Dress as your future occupation OR wear your favorite Collegiate gear.
Wednesday- Battleship: YOU'RE SUNK, PATRIOTS! Battle of the classes- wear your grade's Powder Puff Shirts OR Homecoming Shirts.
Thursday- Clue: THE PATRIOTS WON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT HIT 'EM! Pick a color and dress in it- Ms. White (white), Col. Mustard (yellow), Prof. Plum (purple), Miss Scarlet (red), Mr. Green (green), Mrs. Peacock (blue).
Friday- Twister: WE'LL LEAVE THE PATRIOTS IN A TWISTED PILE! Mismatch your clothes today OR wear your school colors!
Wednesday, Sept. 22 @ 6 p.m.- Ladies' Football Powder Puff at the HS Football Field.
Friday, September 24 @ 4 p.m.- Homecoming Parade. Floats and cars/ wagons/ etc. will need to be in line by 3:15 p.m., judging to start at 3:30 p.m.
Friday, September 24 @ Halftime- King and Queen Coronation, Announcement of Spirit Week Winners/ Float Competition Winners
Friday, September 24, following Homecoming Football Game until 11:30 p.m.- Homecoming Dance in HS Gym Foyer. $2 per person, grades 9-12 only.
Saturday, September 25- 2nd Annual Ducky Derby. Purchase your ducks from any Student Council member. Duck that crosses the finish line first WINS half the money collected from this fundraiser!
