I want everyone to remember the men I served with and especially those who fell that day n 1983.Sgt. Manny Cox went with me to Union Hill may he Rest in Peace. And Cpl. We will be discussing the impact of The ACA (Obama Care) on everyone in the United States, and what penalties there may be for not reporting or improper reporting.

In early February 2015, the IRS released final versions of the forms that employers subject to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) “shared responsibility” mandate—sometimes referred to as “play or pay”—will be required to file in order to show that the health coverage they offer to their employees is compliant with ACA requirements. The forms implement reporting obligations under Internal Revenue Code sections 6055 and 6066, which the ACA added to the tax code.

The forms are not required to be filed by employers for tax year 2014. However, in preparation for the first required filing of these forms (in 2016 for 2015), reporting entities may, if they wish, voluntarily file.

The IRS also released a new brochure Affordable Care Act: Reporting Requirements for Applicable Large Employers, which discusses getting ready for monthly tracking and preparing to fill out new IRS forms in 2016
