🚨 Sick season is here! 🚨 Keeping your home germ-free doesn’t have to be overwhelming. As a mom of two, here are my top 5 quick tips to protect your family:

1️⃣ Change clothes ASAP! When my kindergartener gets home, we switch out of school clothes to keep outside germs at bay. 🦠

2️⃣ Wash hands immediately! Before any hugs or baby snuggles, those hands get scrubbed. 🧼

3️⃣ Boost immunity with vitamins! A daily multivitamin helps keep everyone strong and healthy. 💪

4️⃣ Wipe down high-touch surfaces! Think doorknobs, light switches, and tablet screens—quick disinfecting goes a long way. 📱

Here are some daily activities perfect for your baby from 0-4 months. These activities help support their growth while strengthening their muscles, coordination, and brain development.

✨ Tummy Time: Essential for building neck and core strength. Try short, frequent sessions on a soft surface to help baby lift their head and explore the world around them.

👐 Reaching: Encourage baby to reach for toys during play. Reaching is a key activity for developing hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. It also helps build upper body strength and supports brain development as baby learns to explore their environment.

📚 Reading/Singing: Even at this early age, babies enjoy hearing your voice and looking at high-contrast images. It’s great for bonding and early language development.
