Union Bridge Early Learning Center

Union Bridge Early Learning Center Preschool for three and four year old children. The program is designed to expand the basic skills of three and four year olds.

Each session is planned with a variety of activities to encourage growth. An outside playground and an indoor toy area develop the large motor skills. Fine motor development is encouraged by using blocks, puzzles, games, toys, arts, and crafts. The use of themes and units, which are developed through these activities, contributes to instruction. The program also includes large and small group time for learning and stories.

As we wrap up another joyful year at Union Bridge Early Learning Center, our hearts are so full! 💛

To our 3- and 4-year-old classes—what an incredible year it has been. We’ve learned, laughed, explored, created, and grown together in so many ways. From tiny hands working hard, to big imaginations at play, every day brought something special. We are so proud of the kind, curious, and confident children you are becoming.

To our families, thank you for sharing your children with us and for your constant support throughout the year. Being part of their early learning journey is truly an honor.

To our 4-year-olds heading off to kindergarten, we are cheering you on as you take this exciting next step. Keep being brave, kind, and full of wonder—you are ready for great things!!

Today our 3-year-old class planted wildflower seeds in the Plot of Hope! 🌼🌱

The children sprinkled the seeds, then had so much fun stomping them down into the soil with their little feet. Watching them work together reminded us so much of wildflowers themselves — each child growing in their own beautiful way, brightening the world around them. 💛

Unfortunately, we were having so much fun that we forgot to take pictures!

Today our 4-year-old class became little gardeners! 🥔🌱
We planted potatoes in the Plot of Hope garden and talked about what plants need to grow. The kids had a blast digging in the dirt and working together.

Don’t forget this Sunday, May 17th is the Plot of Hope Community Garden Event starting at 2pm.
