Sew Simple with Cindy Sew Simple with Cindy is a sewing school where "Learning is Sew much fun" I teach with a focus on the basics.

Monthly classes on getting to know your machine, mending & hemming, beginner sewing, beginner quilting and more. My summer schedule includes one sewing camp for children in July & August. e-mail or call me for more details

I've sewn for 40 years. I "really got into it" when my eldest children were toddlers. As a young navy wife I was always looking for ways to s-t-r-e-t-c-h pennies. I figured out that buts & knees wore out in pants & that I had enough usable fabric to make 2 pairs on "little people" jeans! I think I've sewn just about everything at least once. One of my daughter's told me she was shocked as a 3rd grader when she realized other little girls bought cloths. She thought ALL children picked out their fabrics (@ Affordable Fabrics of course!)

I want to let everyone know I’m home from the hospital. Learning pain management post I V meds. I haven’t sewn anything — not true. The stretchy thing they gave me to put on my arm and protect my I V ports was monstrously to big. I hand sewed tucks with embroidery floss
