🎓 ATTENTION UHS SENIORS! 🎓
It is officially graduation season, and it's time to get ready for the big day! Here is your ultimate checklist for everything you need to know about dues, caps & gowns, and upcoming events.

📲 1. Join Google Classroom IMMEDIATELY

Stay updated on all senior news!

💰 2. Pay Your Class Dues

All class dues and outstanding monies must be paid to Mr. Stokes in the BSU.
• ⚠️ CRITICAL: You WILL NOT receive your graduation attendance tickets if you have unpaid fees or debts to UHS. Pay well in advance!
• Financial Assistance: If you are experiencing a financial issue, please see Ms. Sheckler for assistance.
🎓 3. Caps, Gowns, & Graduation Packages

Every senior must purchase a cap and gown.
• On-Campus Ordering: October 29 & 30 during lunches (all payment types accepted).
• Online Ordering: Scan the QR code in the Class of 2027 Google Classroom to buy online.
• Deadlines & Shipping: Order by January 31 to avoid a late fee! Cap/gown/stole packages feature free shipping and will be distributed at school in the spring (Date TBA). Other graduation items/packages ordered online will ship to your home for a $15 fee.

🗓️ 4. Important Dates to Remember

• October 29 & 30: On-campus graduation orders during lunch
• January 31: Cap & Gown deadline (without late fees)
• Aptil 4: Prom, Tavares Pavilion on the Lake
• April 16: Grad Bash (More info coming soon!)
•May 17: Senior Trip to Busch Gardens (More info coming soon!)
• May 21: GRADUATION DAY! 🎉 (Tickets issued after graduation practice to debt-free seniors)

🏅 5. Graduation Cords

An official list will be released soon to confirm which cords are purchased by seniors and which ones are provided by UHS.

• Dual Enrollment Students: You can stop by the front office starting this Friday to pick up your information packets.
• Night School Students: You will receive your information packets during your next on-campus session.

🌱 Supporting One of Our Own: Standing Together for a Local Family ❤️
A devastating house fire affected the home of one of our local families. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe and unharmed, they are now facing a very difficult journey ahead as they rebuild and heal.
This sweet family is deeply rooted in our schools and sports programs, including:
• 🥎 A Umatilla Middle School student who plays on our UHS Fall Ball Softball team.
• 🎒 Her younger brother, who attends Spring Creek Charter School.
As a community, we want to wrap them in love and comfort during this time. We are gathering food, clothing, and monetary donations to help ease their burden and let them know they are not alone.

The yearbook features both a formal and a casual shot for every senior, and only photos taken by CADY will be included. If you miss this on-campus date, you'll have until December 23 to get your photos taken—but that will require making the drive all the way out to CADY's Orlando studio.
