“My wife made me.”

💙 What is your favorite part about being in the Booster Club?
“My favorite part is giving back to our students.”

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Do you have children that attend Umatilla?
“Yes. Two alumni kids, a 5th grader, and an alumni wife.”

🎉 What is your favorite Booster event?
“The Auction & Elephant Ears.”

⛳ What do you enjoy when you are not volunteering?
“Golfing and spending time with my family.”

😂 Fun fact someone may not know about you:
“I’m a funny guy!”

🧡 Why would you encourage someone else to join?
“Giving back feels amazing. I encourage anyone who doesn’t volunteer to get involved. It’s a beautiful thing.”

💙 What made you decide to join the Booster Club?
I enjoy giving back to our youth! They are our future.

🧡 What is your favorite part about being in the Booster Club?
Feeling like I'm making a difference. Every time we are able to support students, it makes it all worth it.

💙 Do you have children who attend Umatilla?
Yes, I do! I am a UHS alumna myself, and my two oldest graduated from UHS! Lots of blue and orange love in our home! Go, Vikings! 💙🧡

🧡 What is your favorite Booster event?
Auction & Elephant Ears.

💙 What do you enjoy when you are not volunteering?
I love spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new places, and just enjoying the little moments with the people I love.

✨ Fun fact someone may not know about you:
Before getting into real estate, I helped launch Oregon’s first paid family and medical leave program. Now I’m a busy wife, mom, realtor, and community volunteer, and somehow I’m always finding another project to take on.

🧡 Why would you encourage someone else to join?
I’d encourage people to join because you quickly realize that it’s about so much more than fundraising. It’s about showing up for our kids, supporting their activities and dreams, and being part of a community that truly cares. The friendships and memories you make along the way are just an added bonus. 💙🧡

I am a UHS alumni and wanted to give back to a community that gave so much to me. Also, to show my kids the importance of volunteering.

Yes — 2 (5 & 7) and a HS sister.

🧡 What is your favorite Booster event?
Auction & Elephant Ears.

✨ Fun fact someone may not know about you:
I am my parents’ favorite child.

💙 What is your favorite part about being in the Booster Club?
Meeting other people in our community and that great feeling when we purchase things for our teams and clubs.

🧡 What do you enjoy when you are not volunteering?
One-on-one time with my family, eating & laying down because it rarely happens.

💙 Why would you encourage someone else to join?
This is for our Umatilla kids. That’s it. THE KIDS. 💙🧡

🐘 What made you decide to join the Booster Club?
I helped in the Elephant Ear Booth back when it was a two-piece building, when my kids were in school. When I retired and moved back to Oregon, my two oldest grandkids were just starting high school, and I thought it would be great to help out such a great cause. Plus, the Club was doing the auction, and it was new and fun!

🧡 What is your favorite part about being in the Booster Club?
The people!! There are so many caring parents who somehow find the time to help out, come to meetings, and go that extra mile. Every single person in this club is an absolute joy to know.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Do you have a child who attends Umatilla?
Grandchildren 💙🧡

🎉 What is your favorite Booster event?
I love both the Auction and the Elephant Ear Booth!

🏡 What do you enjoy when you’re not volunteering?
Helping my aging parents, running to and from my grandkids’ sporting events, doing DIY projects, and planning trips. We live in the most beautiful country in the world! 🌎❤️

✨ Fun fact someone might not know about you:
I have very spoiled dog children that go with me whenever they can! 🐶 I also flipped a house in Colorado. 🏠
