Tomorrow afternoon, we're hosting Meet the Volleyball Saints on our Main campus. We invite you to stop by at 3:30 p.m.

Then on Wednesday evening, YOUR Volleyball Saints host Rend Lake College for the season opener. The game begins at 6:30 p.m.

We hope to see you there!

It's almost time for YOUR Volleyball Saints to take to the court. The home opener is on Wednesday, but this Monday we're hosting a Meet the Volleyball Saints event in our gym.

Stop by at 3:30 p.m. and get to know these ladies as they prepare for a new season. Phi Theta Kappa will provide free popcorn to those in attendance.

It's the moment you've been waiting for. The cast list for Frozen the Musical.

Thank you to everyone who came out to audition this weekend! Congratulations to the cast of SCC's 34th Fall Production, Frozen the Musical!

The first practice is Monday, August 24th at 6:00 p.m. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the informational meeting from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

We can't wait to get started on what will undoubtedly be another great Shawnee College production!

Just a reminder, our final round of auditions is happening today from 9:00 a.m. until noon.

If callbacks are necessary, they'll happen this afternoon. We will post the cast list either this evening or tomorrow morning.

We're ending the first week of classes on a high note. Each Friday, Student Engagement Coordinator Erin King hosts bingo in the cafeteria. The prize: Bingo Bucks, which are redeemable in the cafeteria.

Today is also Hawaiian Shirt Day. As you'll see, students, faculty, and staff participated.

Look for more fun days ahead this semester on our social media channels. And if you have a pic in a Hawaiian shirt, we'd love to see it. Share in the comment section.

Audition Weekend is HERE!!!

Tonight and tomorrow, Shawnee Community College is holding auditions for Frozen the Musical. (Shows are November 5-7)

Auditions are today from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

Please read the attached graphic and let us know if you have any questions. You may also check our website (link below).

We plan to release the cast list late Saturday evening or Sunday morning on Facebook.

Shawnee Community College RN students are getting valuable hands-on labor and delivery experience this week!

Students are taking part in OB Bootcamp, where high-tech manikins simulate real-life scenarios they may encounter while caring for mothers and newborns.

It’s an opportunity to practice skills, make decisions, and gain confidence in a realistic setting before entering the clinical environment.

One group completed the experience today, with another group ready to go through OB Bootcamp tomorrow.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to follow Shawnee Community College Athletics on Facebook.

You'll be able to keep up with baseball, softball, volleyball, and both men's and women's basketball.

Yesterday, our athletes had orientation as they prepare for their respective seasons.

We hope to see you courtside or at the field for upcoming games.

Auditions for Frozen the Musical are happening this Friday and Saturday.

We encourage you to schedule a time on either of those days to audition. You can do that on our website until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

If you don't have a time scheduled, you can still audition, but we can't guarantee you a time slot after tomorrow night.
