🎓 Congratulations to the NCO Leadership Mendocino Class # # ! 🎓
With pride and heartfelt appreciation, we celebrate the newest graduates of Leadership Mendocino — a program of North Coast Opportunities, Inc. that has uplifted and connected our community for over 30 years. 💙
Since its founding in 1992 with support from PG&E and the leadership of John Mayfield, Jack Cox, Charlie Barra, Sheila Rogers, and many more, Leadership Mendocino has graduated over 800 individuals who have gone on to make meaningful, lasting impacts throughout Mendocino County.
This year’s class continues that legacy — stepping forward with knowledge, compassion, and a commitment to service. We also honor the incredible guidance of
Holly Madrigal, who has led the program with dedication, vision, and heart for the past six years.
Join us in celebrating Class # # — and in recognizing all who have helped Leadership Mendocino thrive. 🌟

Thank you Meredith DeLucia for hosting a Leadership Mendocino Class XXIX reunion the other day. The impromptu archery lesson was a hit! Who knew that Hector Lopez was so good. And Antonio was decent even with a busted finger from rugby. Even though Leadership Mendocino is pausing, we can celebrate community together. Reach out if you want to gather your class. Sometimes all it takes is picking a date. ❤️ North Coast Opportunities, Inc.

Challenging to capture in photos all the beauty that is Round Valley. Leadership Mendocino’s History & Culture Day generously sponsored by LACO and Assoc. was full of learning. Spring was in full splendor as we visited Folk Life Farm hosted by Blaire and Daniel. We heard from James Russ about important tribal initiatives that are underway (some in partnership with LACO). Josh Bennett and Lew Chichester showed off the “Best Small Library in the US” and the incomparable John Marshall gave a tour of his fiber arts studio and the Blackberry Festival grounds. A program of North Coast Opportunities, Inc. Leadership Mendocino thanks all of our speakers for welcoming us to Covelo. ❤️
