Retirement Tip 5 - Service Credit Check with CalSTRS to see how many years you are getting credit for from your school district to catch any error early.

As of March 10th there are still seats available on the bus. As of now anyone can go on this trip. It is not restricted to retired teachers. Tickets must be bought in advance.

Vickie Holden from CalSTRS in Santa Rosa spoke to 16 teachers and spouses about retirement preparation. Attendees came from Fort Bragg, Mendocino, Point Arena, Caspar, Manchester, Anderson Valley, Willits, and Covelo. Pacific Textiles open their room for us amidst the looms on the right.
