Our Mission:
Hi, I'm Henry Sadowski director of the Tutoring Center Ukiah. At The Tutoring Center we specialize in helping children master academic skills, get better grades, achieve higher standardized test scores, and gain the confidence, motivation, and concentration necessary to succeed. We have a clear four-part mission for every child who studies with us:
-First, your child will develop stronger academic skills in reading, math, and writing.
-Second, your child will have better concentration, focus, and attention span.
-Third,your child will have more confidence and motivation. Fourth, your child will have stronger test-taking and study skills. You have a lot of choices available for your child, and we want to make sure you have a chance to make the choice that's in your child's best interest. For instance, many schools provide after school tutoring or intervention programs for students who are having difficulty in school, and maybe your child has been offered one in the past. Even though these programs are free to families, current research indicates that these programs are inefficient and time-consuming, and because they focus mostly on completing your child's homework- they can not offer you a permanent solution.
