Hi all!
Starting this Friday the landscape Irrigation class, AGR 151, will be offered. ๐ฆ
The instructor Kris Loomis has taught this class for the past 19 years and currently works for the Sonoma County Water Agency. This year Kris has incorporated the QWEL, qualified water efficient landscaper program, into the coursework. QWEL is an EPA certifying program that will allow a person to do official irrigation audits which are required for new or permitted landscapes. Students completing this class will also gain the knowledge of how to design a water efficient landscape. (By the way we are in a DROUGHT!)
If you or someone you know could benefit from this landscape irrigation class with the QWEL program please pass on the word! ๐
The class is hybrid with only 5 face to face meetings that are on Friday afternoons.
All of the lectures for this course are recorded and can be viewed at the convenience of the student!
Further questions or to contact the instructor Kris Loomis, [email protected]

Hi,
I hope that this summer has been a healthy and as pleasant and productive as possible for you. I have attached a list of Agriculture classes that will run this fall starting in just over a week. All Agriculture classes this fall are a Hybrid online type because of the covid-19 issues. Hybrid classes will allow anyone to do the lecture portion at any time that is convenient for them and need only attend 5 face to face labs during the semester!
Please forward this to those who may be interested in classes this Fall.
