Flatter platters!

RULES:
Must be a Mendocino College student
Can submit 1- 3 artworks done in any medium, completed in the last 3 years.
All students who submit will have at least one piece in the show.
Work does not have to be for sale; however, 100% of the proceeds from any sold work will go to the students.
2-D work must be ready to hang on the wall.
This means it is framed (with hanging hardware attached). Matted work must also have a hanging device.
If your work is not hangable, we won’t be able to accept it!
All submissions must have student’s name and title attached on the back.
Work does not have to be from a class assignment.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Ukiah Students drop off work to be juried at the gallery:
Tuesday, 3/24, 12:30-3:30 PM
Wednesday, 3/25, 10:30-1:30 PM
Thursday, 3/26, 12:30-3:30 PM & 5-7 PM
Notification of accepted work by Tuesday, 4/7!
If you don’t hear from us, all your work has been accepted.
Opening Reception and Draw-a-Thon:
Thursday, April 23rd, 4:30-6:30 pm
Pick-up: Monday, 5/18 through Wednesday, 5/20 between 12:30-3:30 PM
Coast, North County, Lake Center & Krenov School Students: You may submit work in 
person OR Digitally to [email protected] by Tuesday, 3/24.

We hope to see you at the opening of this fabulous show featuring Cal Poly Humboldt painters/teachers opening Thursday, February 19th 4:30 to 6:30. As usual there will be all kinds of delicious goodies from the culinary department, good people & good times. The show runs through March 23.

Yes it is true !
A new community access ceramics studio is opening in downtown Ukiah - classes, space to hang out and kiln rental ! The Clay Pot is also on Facebook. Ans recently did a clay day at the Ukiah farmers market..Please contact them directly for more details.

A very big congratulations to our coast faculty, for her article and cover in Ceramics monthly We are very proud of her and the amazing work that she does.

This baby finally arrived!! It’s been a year in the making. This Electric workhorse is a Bailey FL-3639 with a 36” x 36” x 39” interior. It should be firing mostly on sunlight while the sun is shining ☀️
