The Ho Center for Buddhist Studies at Stanford traveled to the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas to document what few outsiders have witnessed. The living legacy of Master Hsuan Hua, where monastics, scholars, and disciples carry forward a tradition in which contemplative life and education are not separate pursuits, but one.⁠
