tip: pizza boxes are recyclable if they are grease and food-free. If the bottom half is greasy, tear off the top and recycle it!

Drought emergency declared for Mendocino County
Ukiah Daily Journal The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday voted unanimously to declare a local emergency "and imminent threat of disaster" from drought conditions, and appointed two of its members to an ad-hoc committee to come up with a plan to keep local communities from going dry.

Seven students at our monthly clean-up managed to fill four bags of trash and two bags of recycling today. The clean-ups are every first Sunday of the month from 10-11:30 at Ukiah High. Join us!
