Get to know KinderJam Matriarch, Founder and Leading Light, Dr. El Brown.

Dr. El began her journey of starting a company in response to meeting her son's needs. This has led Dr El down a path of advocating for children with disabilities, becoming an author, going back to school to get a Ph.D., becoming a university professor, opening a preschool and working with families and service providers of young children.

Dr El's purpose and core belief? To love her son and to provide families and service providers the support, information, and tools needed to love and care for children well.
